Hotel amenities supplier for the USA and Canada
For hotels, resorts and spas in the United States and Canada we produce custom hotel slippers, robes, amenity kits and branded merchandise in Europe and at partner factories, and ship by air or ocean freight. Every quote names the origin of each item, so you can see the duty position before you order.
Shipping to the USA and Canada
Importer of record
In the US the importer of record — usually the hotel company through its customs broker — files the entry, holds a customs bond and pays duty. For ocean shipments the importer’s broker also files the ISF before the goods are loaded.
Duty depends on origin
US tariff rates have changed often since 2025 and differ by country of origin. We state the origin and suggested commodity code for each item so your broker can confirm current duty before you approve the order.
Canada: CETA and labelling
EU-origin goods can enter Canada with preferential duty under CETA when an origin statement is on the invoice. Textiles and cosmetics sold or given to consumers need bilingual English and French labelling.
Cosmetics rules
Amenity toiletries count as cosmetics: in the US the responsible person must meet FDA facility registration and product listing duties, in Canada a cosmetic notification to Health Canada is required. Our partner labs supply the data.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make custom hotel slippers for US hotels?
Yes. Closed- and open-toe slippers with an embroidered, printed or woven logo, from 500 pairs per design, in sizes that suit US guests. Production is 4–6 weeks before shipping.
Are you a hotel amenities supplier in the USA?
We supply US hotels from Europe; we do not hold stock in the US. The advantage is custom products in small runs; the trade-off is longer lead time than a domestic distributor, so plan ahead.
Can you ship DDP to the United States?
Most US hotels prefer DAP with their own broker, because duty rates and importer responsibilities sit with the US company. We can discuss DDP for specific shipments through our forwarder.
Do you supply hotel supplies to Canada?
Yes. For Canada we add bilingual labels and an origin statement on the invoice for CETA preference on EU-made goods.
Is EN71 testing enough for plush and kids club kits in the US?
No. Children’s products sold or given to children in the US must be tested by a CPSC-accepted laboratory to US rules (CPSIA, ASTM F963 for toys) and covered by a Children’s Product Certificate. We plan that testing into the timeline when plush or kits go to the US; Canada has its own toy regulations, which we check per item.
Do labels meet US requirements?
Textiles carry fibre content, country of origin and care labels; children’s products carry tracking labels. Tell us if your brand standards require additional information.
