Samples before production
A robe looks different in the hand than on a screen. Before any order goes into production you see hotel amenities samples: stock samples to compare fabrics, and a pre-production sample made in your colour with your logo. Production starts only after you approve it.

Existing robes, slippers, towels and amenity bottles without your logo, so you can compare fabrics, weights and sole types before choosing.

The chosen product made in your colour with your logo, using the method planned for production. This is the sample you approve.

Plush prototype
For a hotel mascot, a first prototype from the drawing; adjustments to shape, colour and embroidery until it is right.

Frequently asked questions
Are hotel amenities samples free?
Stock samples and branded samples are quoted with the order. The cost is shown separately in the quote, and we tell you before making anything whether it can be credited against the production order.
Can we get hotel slippers samples in different styles?
Yes. We send stock slippers in several styles — open and closed toe, different soles and uppers — so you can choose before the branded sample.
How many rounds of samples are normal?
One round for most textiles and amenities. Plush mascots often take two rounds, because shape and expression need fine-tuning.
Can we test the robe sample in our laundry?
Please do. Washing a sample in your own laundry with your chemicals is the best test of colour and shrinkage.
Can we skip the sample for a reorder?
Yes, if the design and material are unchanged. The original approved sample remains the reference.
