What shipping to Asia-Pacific involves
The last leg to the island
Maldives resorts receive goods through Malé: a clearing agent clears customs and the resort’s boat or supply vessel takes them on. We deliver to the agent named by the resort and label every carton for its final destination.
Biosecurity in Australia and New Zealand
Bamboo, wood and natural-fibre items can be inspected on arrival, and wooden pallets must be ISPM 15 treated. We declare materials clearly and use treated or plastic pallets to avoid delays.
Documents and origin
Commercial invoice, packing list and a certificate of origin. Several countries have trade agreements with the EU (Singapore, Vietnam, New Zealand among them) that may lower duty for EU-origin goods with the right origin statement.
Climate-proof packing
Humidity and long sea transits are hard on textiles and paper. Robes and towels are packed in sealed polybags with desiccant; printed boxes travel inside export cartons.

We supply Maldives resorts from Europe: products are designed for the resort, shipped by sea or air to Malé and handed to your clearing agent for the boat or seaplane transfer.
Do you deliver hotel amenities to Thailand?
Yes, usually to Bangkok or Phuket through the hotel’s agent. Island properties on Koh Samui or in the Andaman Sea add a ferry leg, which we label cartons for.
What resort merchandise works in tropical resorts?

Can bamboo amenities enter Australia?
Yes, but they may be inspected on arrival. Clear material declarations and treated packaging keep inspections short.
Why sea freight if air is faster?
Robes and towels are bulky. For planned season stock, sea freight costs less per carton; air is for deadlines and light goods.
