Cosmetics are supplied with EU documentation (CPNP notification, safety assessment) by our partner labs. For markets outside the EU we confirm ingredient listing and label language in the quote.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a hotel amenities kit?
1,000 kits per design. Different items in the kit — shampoo, gel, dental, vanity — share the same design and are counted together.
Do you make the cosmetics yourselves?
No. The formulas are made and filled by partner cosmetic labs; we handle packaging design, kit assembly, quality checks and logistics. The labs supply EU documentation, including CPNP notification and the safety assessment.
Can we choose our own fragrance?
You choose from the lab’s fragrance range at our minimum. A custom fragrance or formula is possible for larger volumes and adds development time.
Do you offer alternatives to single-use plastic?
Yes: refillable dispensers, paper-wrapped soap, bamboo toothbrushes, kraft and cardboard packaging. Several markets now restrict miniature plastic bottles, so tell us where the hotel is and we advise.
Can amenity kits be shipped outside the EU?
Yes. We confirm the label language, ingredient listing and any registration your country requires before production, and ship with the matching export documents.
How long does production take?
5–8 weeks after sample approval, plus 2–5 working days for packaging design and 10–14 days for samples.
