Delivery to hotels worldwide
We ship from Poland and from our partner factories to hotels, resorts and restaurant groups across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, North America, Asia-Pacific and Africa. Each quote shows the delivery terms (EXW, DAP or DDP), the route and a typical transit time, so you can plan the order back from your opening or season.

Transit times are typical door-to-door ranges after goods leave production. They do not include production time or customs delays.
| Method | Typical transit | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Courier (parcels) | 2–5 days in Europe, 4–8 days worldwide | Samples, small top-ups, urgent replacements |
| Road freight (pallets) | 2–7 days in Europe and the UK | Most European orders: robes, slippers, towels on pallets |
| Air freight | 4–10 days to most airports | Opening dates that cannot move, light and valuable goods |
| Sea freight (LCL / FCL) | 3–8 weeks port to port, depending on route | Large orders outside Europe, pre-season stock |
Times are indicative. The route and estimated transit for your order are stated in the quote; freight costs depend on volume, weight and terms and are quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
Which Incoterms do you offer?
EXW (you collect from us), DAP (we deliver to your door, you clear customs and pay duties and taxes) and DDP (we deliver with duties and import taxes paid, where we can act for you in the destination country). The choice changes who is responsible for customs, not the product price.
Are you a hotel amenities supplier for Europe only?
No. We are based in the EU and ship worldwide. European deliveries go by road; for the Middle East, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Africa we use air or sea freight through forwarders.
Can you deliver to several hotels in one order?
Yes. Cartons are packed and labelled per property and either delivered separately or consolidated to a central warehouse.
Which documents come with the goods?
A commercial invoice and a packing list with every shipment outside the EU, a certificate of origin where the destination asks for one, and product documents such as EN71 reports or cosmetic safety documentation where they apply.
Do you quote shipping in advance?
Yes, as a separate line in the quote, once we know quantities and the delivery address. Freight rates change with season and fuel, so they are confirmed when the goods are ready.
