Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a kids welcome kit?
100 kits per design. Items such as robes and slippers that are ordered separately also start at 100 per design.
We do not have a mascot. Can the kit work without one?
Yes, with the club name and a simple illustration. A mascot makes the kit stronger, and we can design one — see the hotel mascot page.
Are the kids bathrobes and slippers the same quality as the adult ones?
Yes. They are made from the same fabric family and branded with the same thread colours, just cut for children.
Are the items safe for small children?
Toys and crayons are tested to EN71. We avoid small detachable parts for kits aimed at the youngest group and label items with age warnings where required.
Can the activity book be in several languages?
Yes. Texts can be printed in two or three languages in one book, or in separate language versions.
When should we order for the summer season?
Allow 5–8 weeks of production plus design and sampling, so about three months before the first family arrivals. Add more time if a new mascot is being designed.
