Amenities and merchandise for every kind of property

A spa needs different robes from a hostel, and a family resort needs things a ski chalet never orders. Choose your type of property to see the products, quantities and timing that fit it — or tell us about a mixed portfolio and we will build one range across all your sites.

How we match a range to a property

Guest profile first

Who stays, for how long and with whom decides almost everything: a couple on a spa break, a family of five on all-inclusive and a backpacker for two nights need different products and different quantities.

Brand standards

Luxury hotel amenities are judged on fabric weight, packaging and finish; boutique hotel amenities on character and small runs. We set the specification against your brand book before we quote.

Par levels and room count

Quantities are worked out from rooms, occupancy and how often an item is replaced or taken home — so you order one season of robes, not five years of them.

What guests take home

Some items are meant to leave with the guest (slippers, kids club kits, souvenirs); some are meant to stay (robes, towels). We brand each one accordingly — discreet on the first, collectable on the second.

Opening and season dates

We plan backwards from your opening, refurbishment or high season, adding design, sample and transit time, so nothing arrives after the first guests.

One supplier, several sites

Groups with a hotel, a spa and a restaurant can run one design system with local variants and consolidated deliveries.

Frequently asked questions

What amenities does a spa need compared with a hotel?

A spa uses robes and slippers far more intensively than a guest room: several changes per day, frequent laundering and many disposable slippers. Hotel amenities for spa areas are therefore specified for wash durability and stocked at higher par levels. See the spa and wellness page for details.

What makes luxury hotel amenities different?

Heavier fabrics, better packaging, consistent colours across every item and branding that is discreet rather than loud. Luxury properties also tend to want a signature item — a mascot, a scent or a robe guests can buy.

Are boutique hotel amenities possible at small quantities?

Yes. Robes start at 50 pieces per design, towels and kids club kits at 100, so a 20-room hotel can order its own branded range without warehousing years of stock.

Do you supply Airbnb amenities for individual hosts?

We work with hosts and property managers who order at our minimums — typically a manager with several units or a host who wants branded welcome kits for a season. For single items in ones and twos a retail shop is the better route.

We run several types of property. Can one order cover all of them?

Yes. One quote can combine robes for the spa, slippers for the rooms and merchandise for the restaurant, each at its own minimum, with one artwork approval and one delivery plan.
