How a branded amenities order works
If you have not ordered hotel amenities with a logo before, the process is shorter than it looks: a brief, a written quote, mock-ups, a sample, production and delivery. This page shows each step, how long it usually takes and what we need from you at each point.
Seven steps from brief to delivery

Brief
Tell us what you need, roughly how many, where it goes and by when. A list and a logo are enough to start; a brand book helps.

Written quote
Price per piece for each item at the quantities you named, with the next quantity tier for comparison, production time and delivery terms.

Logo mock-ups
Your logo shown on each product: method (embroidery, print, jacquard, debossing), size, position and thread or ink colours.

Sample
A physical sample of key items made in your colour with your logo. You check feel, colour and fit; housekeeping can test it in the laundry.

Order confirmation
You approve the sample and the final quote in writing; we confirm production dates and the deposit.

Production and quality control
Textiles 4–6 weeks, amenities and kids club kits 5–8, plush 8–10, souvenirs 3–6, accessories and restaurant items 3–5. Every batch is checked against the approved sample before packing.

Delivery
Packed per property or room type if you ask, shipped on the agreed terms with invoice, packing list and product documents.

What we need from you
Logo files
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. A high-resolution PNG works too; we redraw it for embroidery at no extra step for you.
Brand colours
Pantone references for print and thread, or a physical swatch. Textile dyes and threads are matched to the nearest available shade and shown on the sample.
Quantities
Rooms, occupancy or guests per season are enough — we help translate them into quantities and par levels.
Date in the building
The date goods must be on site, not the date you would like to order. We plan backwards from it.
Delivery address and terms
Where the goods go and whether you prefer EXW, DAP or DDP, plus any access limits at the hotel.
Company details
Legal name, VAT or tax number and the importer of record for deliveries outside the EU.
Three approvals, nothing made without them
1. Quote
Prices per piece, quantities, production time and delivery terms in writing. Nothing changes later unless you change the order.
2. Artwork
A signed-off mock-up of each item: logo size, position, colours. This is the reference for production and for reorders.
3. Sample
Your approval of the physical sample starts production. Every batch is inspected against it.
Frequently asked questions
How long from first email to delivery?
Usually six to twelve weeks for European deliveries: a few days for quote and mock-ups, two weeks for samples, 3–10 weeks of production depending on the product, then transit. Plan more for sea freight.
Can we skip the sample to save time?
For a reorder of an approved item, yes. For a first order we recommend at least a sample of the main item, because colour and fabric feel cannot be judged on screen.
Can we order several products at once?
Yes. Robes, slippers, amenity kits and kids club kits can go in one order with one artwork approval and one delivery; each item has its own minimum.
Who do we talk to during the order?
One account manager from brief to delivery, in English, German or Polish.
How do reorders work?
Artwork and specifications are kept. A reorder skips mock-ups and samples and goes straight to production, so plan it 6–10 weeks before you run out.
What payment terms do you use?
A deposit on order confirmation and the balance before dispatch is our standard; the exact terms are stated in the quote.
