Frequently asked questions
Can I order only one product line?
Yes. Many hotels start with robes or slippers and add amenities or a kids club kit later. The artwork is kept on file, so the next line matches the first.
Do all products have to use the same logo?
No. A spa or restaurant brand inside the hotel can have its own artwork. Each design simply has its own minimum.
Do you have a catalogue with prices?
We send a PDF with materials, sizes and branding options on request. Prices depend on material, branding and quantity, so they come as a written quote per project within two working days.
Which hotel supplies do you not make?
Bed linen, mattresses, furniture, minibar food and cleaning chemicals. We focus on items that carry your brand and that guests use or take home.
Can you match the amenities we use now?
Send photos or a sample. We match sizes, colours and quality level, or propose an upgrade, and show the difference on the mock-up before you decide.
