Kids club programmes for family resorts
In a family resort the children decide whether the family comes back. We supply the branded side of an all-inclusive resort kids club — welcome kits, caps and T-shirts, a resort mascot in plush, activity packs and souvenirs — designed as one programme with your logo, from 100 kits per design.
What a family resort needs
A welcome kit at check-in
A bag or backpack with a cap, a colouring book, crayons, a water bottle and a club card. Children receive it at the desk, and parents see the resort take them seriously.
A mascot children can hold
The plush version of the resort character is what children carry around for the whole stay. Our sister company MascotiQ can also make the walk-around costume for the mini-disco.
Club identity
Kids club T-shirts and caps in bright colours help staff spot their group at the pool and on excursions, and make the photos parents share.
Children’s robes and slippers
Small robes in sizes for ages 2–12 and children’s slippers make the family room feel prepared for families, not adapted for them.
Resort merchandise for parents
Beach towels, mugs, plush and keyrings in the resort shop — the plush mascot is usually the best seller.
Safety you can show
Children’s products tested to EN71, with age warnings and batch marking. Small parts are designed out of items for under-threes.

Season checklist for a family resort
Count kits from expected child arrivals per season, not from room count — families with three children are common in all-inclusive resorts.

Frequently asked questions
What goes into an all-inclusive resort kids club kit?
Typically a bag or backpack, a cap or T-shirt, a colouring or activity book, crayons, a reusable bottle and a small plush or keyring of the mascot. We adjust contents by age band and budget.
When should we order for the summer season?
Plush takes 8–10 weeks plus samples and transit, so place the order four months before the season starts. Kits without plush can be ordered three months ahead.
We do not have a mascot. Can you design one?
Yes. We draw the character from your location, name or story, make it in plush in our own workshop in Poland, and can produce a costume through our sister company MascotiQ.
Are the products safe for small children?
Children’s products are tested to EN71 and carry age warnings. For under-threes we use embroidered eyes and avoid small detachable parts.
Can kits vary between our resorts?
Yes. One design system with a different mascot outfit, colour or resort name per site, ordered together to reach the minimums.
What is the minimum for kids club supplies?
100 kits per design, 300 plush per design (500 for keyrings), 100 pieces for towels and souvenirs.
