Pricing, minimum orders and quantity tiers
We do not publish a hotel amenities price list, because the price of a robe or a pair of slippers depends on fabric, size, branding and quantity more than on the product name. What we do publish are the minimums, production times and the factors that move the price — and every quote shows the price per piece in writing within two working days.

A design is one combination of product, colour and artwork. Two robe colours are two designs. Production time starts after sample approval.
What drives the price per piece
Quantity per design
Set-up — embroidery digitising, screens, plates, plush patterns — is spread over the run. The same robe costs noticeably less per piece at 300 than at 50.
Material and weight
Robes and towels are priced by fabric and GSM: a 450 GSM velour robe uses more cotton than a 280 GSM waffle robe. Slippers by sole thickness and upper material.
Branding method
Embroidery is priced by stitch count, print by colours, jacquard towels by loom set-up. A small chest logo costs less than a large back design.
Packaging
Polybag, paper band, cotton bag or printed box. Packaging can be a large part of the price on slippers and amenity kits.
Formula and fill size
For toiletries: bottle size, material, formula and whether bottles are minis or refillables.
Delivery terms
EXW, DAP or DDP, road, sea or air. Freight is shown as its own line, not hidden in the unit price.
How to lower the price without lowering the standard
One colour across the range
One robe colour and one slipper design in larger runs cost less per piece than several colours at the minimum.
Smaller, tonal logos
A neat chest embroidery is cheaper than a large design and often looks more expensive.
Order before the rush
Standard lead times are cheaper than rush production and air freight. Plan resort orders before the pre-season peak.
Order a season, not a month
Moving from the minimum to the next tier often lowers the unit price more than switching materials.
Simpler packaging for staff-placed items
Slippers placed by housekeeping do not need a box; keep boxes for retail and VIP items.
Consolidate properties
Groups ordering for several hotels in one run reach higher tiers and share freight.

Can I see a hotel amenities price list?
We quote per order rather than publish a list, because fabric, branding and quantity change the price too much for a list to be useful. Send the items and quantities and you will have prices per piece in writing within two working days.
How is the hotel slippers price calculated?
By upper material (non-woven, waffle, terry, velour), sole thickness, open or closed toe, logo method and packaging, at 500, 1,000 and higher quantities per design. The quote shows each tier.
What is the minimum order for custom robes?
50 robes per design. Sizes can be split within the design — for example 20 S/M and 30 L/XL.
Are set-up costs charged separately?
It depends on the product. Embroidery digitising and plush patterns are usually included in the unit price at our minimums; moulds and special dies, if needed, are shown as separate lines.
Do quantity tiers apply across different products?
Tiers apply per design and product. Combining products in one order does not change their tiers, but it does share freight and artwork work.
Are prices fixed for reorders?
Each quote states its validity. Reorders of the same design skip sampling and set-up, which usually keeps the price close to the first order unless material costs change.
