About CourtesiQ
CourtesiQ is the hospitality line of EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a Polish company founded in 2015 in Biała Podlaska. We supply hotels, resorts, rentals and restaurants with branded guest amenities — and work alongside two sister brands: MascotiQ for mascots and plush, and SouveniQ for destination souvenirs.
Why a hotel amenities company built around one design
A hotel’s brand is clearest in the things guests touch: the robe, the slippers, the bottles in the shower, the toy a child takes home. In most hotels those items come from four or five different suppliers, each with its own minimums, its own version of the logo and its own lead times. The result rarely looks like one brand.
EnjoyGroup has designed characters and produced plush and branded merchandise since 2015. Through MascotiQ we sew mascots and plush in our own workshop in Poland; through SouveniQ we design souvenirs for cities and attractions. Hotels kept asking us for the rest of the guest range — so CourtesiQ brings robes, slippers, amenity kits, towels, kids club kits and room accessories into the same workflow.
We are not a hotel amenities manufacturer for every item, and we say so. Plush is made in our own workshop. Textiles, slippers, cosmetics and printed items come from partner factories in the EU, Turkey and China, selected for each product. Design, logo mock-ups, quality control and logistics stay with our team, which is why one artwork can travel from the robe to the bottle label without changing.

Where are you based?
Biała Podlaska, in eastern Poland, about two hours from Warsaw. We work with clients worldwide in English, German and Polish.
Do you have your own factory?
Our group has its own plush and costume workshop in Poland. Other products are made by partner factories in the EU, Turkey and China; we design, inspect and ship.
Who are your typical clients?
Independent and boutique hotels, resorts, spa hotels, holiday rental operators, hostels, and restaurants or cafés — as well as purchasing teams that buy for several properties.
Can we visit you?
Yes, by appointment. Write to us and we will arrange a visit to the studio and the plush workshop.
