Plush is sewn in our group’s workshop in Poland. A new character needs pattern making and a prototype, so plan 3–4 months before the season or the opening.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom plush toys?
300 pieces per design for plush toys and 500 for plush keyrings. A large and a small size of the same character share the design and prototype work.
Do you make the plush yourselves?
Yes. Plush mascots are sewn in our group’s own workshop in Poland, the same workshop that produces for MascotiQ. That lets us control the pattern, the embroidery and the finish.
Can you also make the mascot costume?
Yes, through our sister studio MascotiQ (mascotiq.eu), which makes walkabout costumes by hand in Poland. Plush and costume are built from the same character artwork, so they match.
We do not have a character yet. Can you design one?
Yes. We start from your brand, the location and the guests you host — a local animal, a figure from the area’s legends or an abstract character. You own the final design.
Is the plush safe for babies and toddlers?
Plush toys with embroidered features are tested to EN71. Keyrings with metal rings are labelled for ages 3 and up.
How long does a new mascot take?
About 8–10 weeks of production after prototype approval; with design and prototyping allow 3–4 months in total. Reorders of an existing character are faster.
