How the logo goes on the robe
Bathrobe embroidery
Logo embroidered on the chest, pocket, sleeve or back. Up to 10–12 thread colours; survives industrial laundering.
Woven label or patch
A woven label sewn onto the pocket or collar — neat on waffle, where fine embroidery loses detail.
Jacquard weaving
Logo or pattern woven into the fabric itself; tone-on-tone and permanent. Needs a larger run.
Labels and packaging
Neck label, care label, swing tag and box with your brand — for robes sold in the shop.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for embroidered bathrobes?
50 robes per design. Sizes can be mixed within the 50, and kids robes with the same logo can be added to the same order.
Waffle or terry — which is better for a hotel?
Waffle is lighter, dries faster and costs less to launder, so it suits spas, warm climates and high turnover. Terry and velour feel heavier and more luxurious and suit suites, cold climates and retail. Many hotels use waffle in the spa and terry or velour in the rooms.
Will the embroidery survive hotel laundry?
Yes. We use polyester embroidery thread that tolerates industrial washing and bleach-free hotel laundry programmes. Tell us your wash temperature and we will confirm the thread and backing.
Can you make customised bathrobes in our brand colour?
Standard colours are white, ivory and grey. Fabric dyed to your Pantone shade is possible on larger runs; piping, collar and embroidery in your brand colour work from 50 robes.
How long do the robes take?
4–6 weeks of production after the sample is approved, plus 2–5 working days for mock-ups and 10–14 days for the sample. Transit depends on the destination.
Do you supply hotel bathrobes wholesale without a logo?
Only as part of a branded order — for example plain robes for staff alongside embroidered guest robes. We do not sell unbranded stock on its own.
