Signature amenities for luxury hotels
Luxury hotel amenities are judged in the first ten minutes in the room: the weight of the robe, the slippers waiting at turndown, the box the amenity kit comes in. We produce them to your brand standards, in your colours, with one supplier responsible for every item.
What a five-star property expects from a supplier
Heavier, better-finished robes
Luxury hotel robes are usually velour or terry at the upper end of the GSM range, with piped edges, a long shawl collar and tonal embroidery rather than a large logo.
Closed-toe slippers with a real sole
5 star hotel slippers are thicker, closed, with a padded insole and a printed or embroidered logo, presented in a box or a cotton bag rather than a polybag.
An amenity kit that matches the room
Bottles, vanity kit, shower cap and dental kit in one colour scheme and one typography — not five suppliers with five slightly different whites.
Welcome and VIP gifts
Luxury hotel welcome gifts work when they are specific: a plush version of the hotel mascot, a monogrammed robe, a boxed set from the lobby shop.
The details guests touch
Key card sleeves, door hangers, laundry bags and turndown cards in the same design language as the rest of the room.
Documentation
Textiles from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics on request, children’s items tested to EN71, cosmetics with EU documentation from our partner labs.

Frequently asked questions
Which luxury hotel amenities do guests notice most?
Robes and slippers, because they are touched first and worn longest; then the amenity kit packaging. Matching all three to one brand standard has more effect than upgrading any one of them in isolation.
Can you match an existing amenity brand?
We can match colours, fonts and finishes to items you already have, so a new robe or slipper sits alongside your current amenities. Send a physical sample if possible — Pantone references alone do not show fabric texture.
Do you offer exclusive designs?
Every design we make for a hotel is made for that hotel. Your artwork and any mascot character created for you are not sold to anyone else.
What is the minimum for luxury hotel robes?
50 robes per design, 500 pairs of slippers per design, 1,000 amenity kits. For a small luxury property, that usually covers a season with a sensible buffer.
Can the slippers be presented in a box?
Yes — a printed box, a cotton drawstring bag or a paper band are the usual options. Packaging is priced separately so you can compare.
Can we see everything before production?
Yes. We send a sample of each key item, and production starts only after written approval.
Planning an opening or a brand refresh?
Send the brand book and the list of items. We reply with a specification and a written quote within two working days.
