Hotel amenities supplier for the Middle East
Hotels and resorts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, Muscat and Manama order branded robes, slippers, amenity kits and kids club programmes from us, shipped by air or sea from Europe. We prepare the documents Gulf customs expect and plan deliveries around the October–April high season.
Shipping to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Documents Gulf customs ask for
Commercial invoice, packing list and a certificate of origin issued by a chamber of commerce. UAE importers usually also need invoice attestation, which is done electronically in the UAE; some buyers still ask for documents legalised before shipping, so tell us at the quote stage.
Saudi Arabia: SABER
Most consumer goods imported into Saudi Arabia need a product certificate and a shipment certificate through the SABER platform before arrival. We supply the test reports and product data; the certificates are issued by approved bodies and linked to the importer.
Cosmetics need registration
Toiletries in amenity kits are regulated as cosmetics: in the UAE they are registered with the authority of the relevant emirate, in Saudi Arabia with the SFDA. Labels in Arabic and English are standard. We provide the formulation and safety documents for your importer.
Duty and VAT
GCC states apply a common external customs tariff and local VAT on import. Most hotels buy DAP and clear through their own agent or free-zone company; we can arrange DDP to the UAE through a forwarder.

Typical transit to the Middle East
| Method | Typical transit | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Courier | 4–7 days | Samples, artwork proofs, small top-ups |
| Air freight | 5–10 days door to door | Pre-opening deadlines, kids club kits before school holidays |
| Sea freight LCL | 5–7 weeks door to door | One or several pallets, planned season stock |

Typical ranges after goods leave production. Saudi certification, attestation and clearance add time; plan two weeks of margin.
Planning a Gulf delivery
- Brief by June–July for delivery before the October high season
- Name the importer of record: hotel, owner company or free-zone entity
- For Saudi Arabia, start SABER registration as soon as items are approved
- For amenity kits, confirm who registers the cosmetics
- Arabic and English on packaging and labels
- Check Ramadan and Eid dates — customs and warehouses work shorter hours
- Lightweight waffle robes and breathable slippers for warm climates
Frequently asked questions
Are you a hotel amenities supplier in Dubai?
We are an EU supplier delivering to hotels in Dubai and across the UAE, not a local warehouse. You get products designed for your property, made in small runs, shipped by air or sea to your door or your agent.
Which hotel slippers suit hotels in the UAE?
Open- or closed-toe slippers in waffle or light terry with a thin EVA sole are comfortable in air-conditioned rooms and at the pool. For luxury resorts, closed-toe slippers in a box match the room standard.
Can you deliver to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Saudi deliveries take longer because of SABER certification and SFDA rules for cosmetics; we prepare product data and documents and work with your importer.
When should a Gulf resort order for the season?
The busy period runs roughly from October to April. Placing the order in June or July leaves time for production, sea freight and clearance before the first peak.
Do you supply kids club programmes for Gulf resorts?
Yes — welcome kits, plush mascots and caps for family resorts. Children’s products are tested to EN71, and we design kit contents for hot climates: caps, bottles, swim bags.
