How your logo goes on robes, slippers and amenities

Bathrobe embroidery, a jacquard logo woven into a towel, a printed slipper insole, a debossed soap: each product has one or two methods that look right and survive use. This page explains which method we use where, and how to prepare your logo for it.

How to get the best result

Mind the minimum detail

Embroidery cannot reproduce lines thinner than about 1 mm or text smaller than about 5 mm high. For small logos we simplify the artwork and show you the result.

Tonal for luxury, contrast for visibility

White-on-white embroidery on a robe reads as discreet and expensive; a contrast colour works better on slippers and kids club items that should be seen.

Choose the robe position

Left chest is the standard for embroidery on robes; a pocket or collar position works for monograms; back designs suit spas and retail robes.

Jacquard needs a run

Jacquard logos on towels need a loom set-up, so they suit larger runs. For 100–300 towels, an embroidered logo on the border is the usual choice.

Slippers: insole or strap

Slippers with a logo usually carry it on the strap or upper (embroidered or printed) and sometimes on the insole as well. Insole print wears with use; strap embroidery lasts.

Send vector files

AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with Pantone references. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we redraw it and send the vector back to you.

Frequently asked questions

Is bathrobe embroidery better than a printed logo?

For robes, yes. Embroidery on robes keeps its shape and colour through hundreds of commercial wash cycles; print on terry or waffle loses definition quickly because of the fabric’s texture.

How big should the logo be on a robe?

A left-chest logo is usually 6–9 cm wide. Larger designs on the back are possible for spa and retail robes. The mock-up shows the exact size before you approve.

Can you make jacquard towels with our logo?

Yes. Jacquard towels have the logo woven into the pile or the border, so it never fades or peels. They need a larger run per design than embroidered towels; we advise which suits your quantity.

What are the options for slippers with a logo?

Embroidery or print on the strap or upper, print on the insole, or a woven label. Disposable slippers usually carry a print; closed-toe and luxury slippers usually carry embroidery.

Can thread colours match our Pantone?

Threads and inks are matched to the closest available shade. Exact matching on dyed fabric is limited by the dye lot, so we show the result on the sample.

Can we monogram robes for individual guests?

Yes, in small batches on top of your logo — a common choice for spa members and VIP gifts.
